 Qiannah is our first black girl, a German import from the famous kennel von Haus Tiefenbach of Sascha and Claudia Tiefenbach. She is blue-bred black, and coming from Germany where very strict rules regarding in-colour breeding apply, she's also as colour-pure as they get. Her father Thiago is a BISS winner from the infamous kennel della Baia Azzurra of Dott. Patrizio Donati DVM, and her mother Patty is a Tšech Republic import from kennel Dog-Lome of Jiřina Krsová. Both Thiago and Patty come from lines that are quite few and far between in the Finnish blue population. The history of Haus Tiefenbach Great Danes goes back to 1962 and the Tiefenbach family has been breeding Great Danes for three human generations now, producing several Champions and remarkable stud dogs who indeed have left their pawprint to many of today's blue and black lines all over the world. We are thrilled and honoured to have Qiannah join our family. She will hopefully live a long and healthy life, and she will most certainly have lots of friends and be spoiled rotten. We might see her in the show rings too, and if she later passes her health tests we may start considering looking for a stud for her. Let's wait and see what time has to offer, now we'll just enjoy the charming company of this beautiful black princess.
